We are seeking a motivated and experienced Interior Designer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the design field. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with clients, create mood boards, produce detailed 2D working drawings, and develop realistic 3D renderings. You should also have knowledge of materials, finishes, and cost management to ensure your designs are both functional and budget-conscious. Key Responsibilities :

• Client Communication & Consultation :
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their design preferences, requirements, and project goals.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss project ideas, timelines, and budget.
• Present design concepts, including mood boards and sketches, to clients in an engaging and professional manner.
• Mood Board Creation :
• Develop mood boards that represent the vision, style, and overall aesthetic direction of the project.
• Present material samples, color palettes, and design elements to help clients visualize the intended design.
• Space Planning & Design :
• Create innovative and functional design solutions for residential, commercial, or corporate spaces.
• Prepare detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings, specifying furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes.
• 3D Visualization & Rendering :
• Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations of proposed interior designs using industry-standard software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.).
• Ensure that 3D visuals are accurate and showcase the design intent clearly, making it easier for clients to envision the final product.
• Material & Cost Management :
• Assist in sourcing appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project vision and budget.
• Provide clients with material and cost estimates, ensuring the design stays within the specified budget.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that the project is delivered without compromising on design quality.
• Project Coordination & Execution :
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure that designs are executed as planned.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring that all phases of the design process are completed on schedule.
• Ensure that the design vision is translated accurately during the execution phase.

Qualifications :

• Education :
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design (required).
• Additional certifications or training in 3D rendering and visualization software is a plus.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the interior design field, with a solid portfolio of past work.
• Experience in both residential and commercial projects is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills :
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD , SketchUp , 3ds Max , V-Ray , Lumion and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of space planning , materials , finishes , and furnishing selections.
• Ability to create detailed 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) and 3D renderings (realistic visualizations).
• Knowledge of cost estimation , material sourcing , and managing project budgets.
• Excellent client communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present design concepts and ideas confidently.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
