Job Overview
As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for various clients. This role involves utilizing design software and collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life.
Duties
• Develop design concepts that align with clients' needs and preferences
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for interior construction
• Select furniture, fixtures, color schemes, and lighting for each project
• Collaborate with contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Stay updated on industry trends and new materials
Experience
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, Corel Draw
• Strong understanding of design principles and elements
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and sales processes
• Familiarity with lighting design concepts
