Interior Designer

Location: Surat, Gujarat

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Interior Architect & Business Development professional to join our team in Surat. This role combines creative flair with strategic business acumen to drive growth and deliver exceptional interior design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Interior Architecture:

• Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
• Create detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, client outreach, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into profitable projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and proposals to ensure optimal pricing and terms.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design and project management.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
