Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the development of shop drawings for tile installation in various projects Coordinate with the client's design, technical, and engineering teams for design and installation solutions. Develop detailed drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, details, schedules, and quantities. Ensure continuity and consistency of deliverables while meeting project schedules and deadlines. Review and verify drawings for accuracy and completeness before release.

RequirementsQualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience designing hospitality, retail, office, residential, and commercial projects, including high-end restaurants. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in shop drawings for stone and tiling--floor & wall tiling, kitchen countertops, reception desks, backsplashes, stairs, and landscape features. Strong understanding of materials and finishes (wood, laminate, metal, plastics, fabric, stone, tiles, solid surfaces) and their interfacing, transitioning, and termination details. Skills & Attributes: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Problem-solving mindset with technical proficiency. Self-motivated and committed to professional excellence with a "can-do" attitude. Effective time management and ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate on international projects via daily calls and desktop-sharing meetings.
