Job Description

? Responsible for all project deliverables as well as maintaining the project schedule

Managing all technical aspects of a project, collaborating with the project managers

and design team members on design presentations, as well as project concepting,

development, and execution

? They should be adept at space planning, finish selection, product/furniture

specification, and budgeting

? Guiding the designers for design direction, technical issues, material application

Meets with clients to program the project requirements

? Should be creative and innovative in terms of form, functionality, design and colors

? Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs.

? Meets with clients to program the project requirements

? Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings

and fixture

? Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.

? Provides follow-up support with clients.

? Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with clients.

? Minimum 4 - 10 years of experience in the field of High End Residential and/or

Hospitality Design

? Have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities

? Have excellent Autocad skills, 3DS Max and Sketchup skills

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter

? Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work

effectively under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,600.75 - ?50,778.42 per month
