Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of projects.
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation)
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Client Co-ordination
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards
• Layout Planning
• Materials & Sampling
• Measured Drawing and Site Report
• Work on end to end Project lifecycle
• hould have knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Review and approve all design concepts and final deliverables.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in residential and commercial interiors
• Exceptional AutoCAD knowledge and drafting skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe, Creative Suite, 3D.
• Experience managing project budgets and timelines
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge about interior elements and building structures.
• Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposes.
• Well versed with designing corporate & residential layouts,
• Site Visits.
• Site measurements.
• Ensure quality of design Timeline management.
• Draft Layouts.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Should possess good communication and presentation skills.
