Job Description

As an Interior Designer at AEN Interiors, you will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable interior spaces. Key Responsibilities :

• Work directly with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Create conceptual designs, mood boards, floor plans, and 3D visualizations that align with the client's vision.
• Develop detailed design specifications, including materials, furniture, color palettes, and finishes.
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, furnishings, and decor items.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative.
• Maintain excellent client communication throughout the design and installation process.
• Creating BOQs

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects (residential and/or commercial).
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices (a plus).
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes (a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
