Job Description

Experience: 0-1 year of experience

Selection Process: Multiple Interview Rounds and must bring carry own Portfolio.

Location: Candidate will be based out at South Delhi but will be travelling regularly to work sites

Joining: Immediate

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conceptual Design:

• Prepare creative concepts for interior spaces of all centers.
• Contribute ideas that align with centre completion goals.

2. Space Planning:

• Assist in space planning and layout design for all centres.
• Create floor plans in Autocad.

3. Vendor Coordination:

• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain vendor relationships and stay updated on product offerings, negotiate the budgeting of each centre.

4. Admin Support:

• Coordinate with the Finance Department: Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely processing of payments for vendors and contractors.
• Manage the payment process by gathering necessary documents and following up with the finance department to ensure vendors and contractors are paid on time.
• Basic Center Repair and Maintenance: Oversee and respond quickly to any repair or maintenance needs at the center, ensuring issues are addressed promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Take immediate action to fix minor issues such as equipment malfunctions, facility repairs, or any other urgent maintenance tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.

Software Knowledge :

• Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
• Assist in producing visual presentations

Experience:

• Portfolio showcasing design projects or coursework for 1-3 years in a similar role. (Freshers can also apply)

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills to assist in managing multiple projects, timelines, and coordination with vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Familiarity with design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software for creating design layouts and plans.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Personal characteristics:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to handle design tasks alongside administrative duties, prioritizing work efficiently.
• Complete assigned work in time bound manner.
