Dream Modular is looking for an experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in Interior Designing and sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition , nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on sales experience in the Interior Design industry.

This role requires excellent client management skills,the ability to understand and anticipate client needs, and the drive to turn design concepts into successful sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

Space Planning & Design:

• Lead space planning efforts by analyzing client needs and translating them into efficient and effective design solutions.
• Develop creative layouts that maximize space utilization and align with client goals,ensuring both functionality and style
• .Collaborate with clients to refine design concepts, making adjustments based on feedback and spatial constraints.

Sales & Client Management:

• Drive sales by engaging with clients, understanding their vision, and presenting tailored design solutions.
• Prepare persuasive sales proposals, emphasizing the unique value of the design and its alignment with client expectations.
• Negotiate contracts confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients post-sale to ensure complete satisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional service
• Qualifications:
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
• Strong expertise in space planning with a creative flair for innovative design solutions
• Proven sales experience, with a strong ability to connect with clients and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
