As we building our team, we are looking for a talented Core Team Member with a background in interior design to enhance our offerings and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Job Summary: As a Core Team Member with an interior design background, you will integrate design expertise with our extensive handyman services. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing renovation projects, while also coordinating with our handyman team to ensure that all services--ranging from AC repair to plumbing--are executed to high standards. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, managing design and renovation processes, and ensuring that every aspect of the project meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation and Design:
• Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for home renovation and repair projects.
• Develop and present comprehensive interior design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
• Create visual aids such as mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with the handyman team to integrate design plans with practical services such as AC repair, electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and furnishings, ensuring they align with the design and project needs.
• Schedule and manage the sequence of renovation and repair tasks to maintain project timelines and efficiency.
• On-Site Management:
• Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of renovation and repair work, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Address any design or functional issues that arise during the renovation process, coordinating with the handyman team to resolve them.
• Handyman Services Integration:
• Work closely with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other specialists to ensure that their work complements the design and meets project requirements.
• Ensure that all technical and repair services are performed to high standards and in accordance with safety regulations.
• Quality Assurance:
• Perform regular quality checks to verify that all renovation and repair work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration:
• Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to contribute design insights and project ideas.
• Share best practices and knowledge with other team members to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Client Communication:
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Address client feedback and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive and satisfactory experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum one year of experience in interior design, with a background in home renovation and familiarity with handyman services.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and current trends.
• Knowledge of basic handyman services and home repair processes.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?28,475.25 per month
