Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop innovative design proposals that meet their vision.
• Create detailed design plans, including layouts, material selections, color palettes, and furnishings.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing support and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Liaise with contractors, architects, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in interior design; commercial experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed projects and design styles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,393.67 - ?24,239.95 per month
