As the Social Media and Website Backend Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our social media channels and website backend to enhance our online presence and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update the backend of our e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for optimization to improve user experience and drive sales.

- Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Develop and publish compelling content for social media channels, including posts, stories, and multimedia content.

- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, and respond promptly to maintain a positive brand image.

- Analyze social media and website metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, social media, and website management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.

- Proven experience in managing e-commerce websites and backend systems.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts for businesses.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content for social media.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
