Job Description

:

We are seeking a 2-3 year experienced Interior Designer who is proficient in both 2D and 3D designto join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and a deep understanding of spatial planning, materials, and client needs.

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed 2D floor plans, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.

- Develop 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs to bring concepts to life using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored design solutions.

- Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes in line with the project's aesthetic and budget.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Stay updated with current trends in interior design, materials, and technology.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in both residential and commercial sectors.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing both 2D and 3D work

- Excellent understanding of design principles, spatial arrangements, and color theory.

- Ability to communicate ideas effectively, both visually and verbally.

- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred but not required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
