JOB ROLE: In House Interior Designer/ Architect

Job Responsibilities:

- Undertake design project from concept to completion

- Responsible for producing working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects

- Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion

- Coordinate with the management and site team to ensure effective execution

- Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects

- Prepare and participate in presentations to management

- Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget

- Provide cost analyses for material selection and execution

- Produce samples and mood boards

- Supervise work progress and ensure quality finishing

- Site visits and surveys for measurements and assisting project team

- Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations

- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations

- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

- Visit exhibitions and industry events to keep up to date with technology and best practices

- Recommend the appropriate vendors and suppliers

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline

- 4+ years' relevant interior design experience/ architecture field

- Demonstrated understanding of principles of space planning

- Able to develop and present design concepts

- Extensive portfolio of previous works

- AutoCAD proficiency required or SketchUP, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented

- Excellent communication

- Creative, imaginative and artistic

- Managerial skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with staff members

- Hands-on experience with MS Office and relevant software

- Fluent in English. Local language is a plus

- Ability to effectively be flexible in approach, and respond well to pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
