Job Summary:

A

3D Visualizer

is responsible for creating realistic and detailed 3D visual representations of architectural, interior, or product designs. They work closely with designers, architects, and clients to bring concepts to life through high-quality renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:1. 3D Modeling & Rendering

Create high-quality

3D models

of interior spaces, buildings, or products based on design briefs. Apply

textures, materials, lighting, and shading

to enhance realism in visualizations. Develop

photorealistic renders

for presentations, marketing materials, or client approvals.

2. Design & Visualization

Translate 2D drawings, sketches, and concepts into

detailed 3D representations

. Work with

architects, interior designers, and project teams

to bring designs to life. Produce

360-degree virtual tours, walkthroughs, and animations

when required.

3. Software & Tools Utilization

Utilize

3D visualization software

such as

3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino, or Cinema 4D

. Render using

V-Ray, Lumion, Corona Renderer, Enscape, or Unreal Engine

. Edit and enhance images using

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other post-production tools

.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with

clients, designers, and project teams

to understand project needs. Suggest design improvements based on

aesthetic, functional, and technical feasibility

. Modify designs based on

feedback and project revisions

.

5. Research & Development

Stay updated with the

latest trends in 3D visualization and rendering techniques

. Experiment with

new tools, textures, and rendering styles

to enhance output quality. Maintain a

digital asset library

of materials, models, and textures for efficient workflow.

6. Time Management & Project Execution

Ensure timely completion of

visualization deliverables

within project deadlines. Prioritize work based on

project urgency and complexity

. Organize and manage multiple projects

simultaneously. Technical Skills:
