Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 1 year of experience specializing in 3D visualization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and be proficient in creating realistic and impactful visual representations of interior spaces. You will work alongside a team of designers to bring creative concepts to life, using cutting-edge 3D rendering software.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Visualization:

Create high-quality 3D models and visualizations of interior spaces based on design concepts, architectural plans, and client briefs.

• Software Proficiency:

Use industry-standard design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion to create photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and animations.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to understand design intentions, space functionality, and aesthetic goals.
Provide design input and visualization support during the project lifecycle from concept to completion.

• Revisions & Feedback:

Incorporate client feedback into 3D designs and provide iterations based on project revisions and design adjustments.

• Time Management:

Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, ensuring that all visualizations are delivered to the highest standard of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, or a related field.

• Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in 3D visualization for interior design or architecture, including practical knowledge of visualization software.

• Software Knowledge:

Proficient in design and 3D rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.

• Creative Skills:

Strong ability to conceptualize design ideas and translate them into visually compelling 3D models.
Good understanding of lighting, textures, color schemes, and spatial planning.

• Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas effectively and work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
