Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent design skills, and proficiency in 3D visualization software. You will be responsible for designing interior spaces, creating detailed 3D renderings, and collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop floor plans, mood boards, and design presentations.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Select and source materials, furnishings, and fixtures that align with design concepts.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design techniques.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Vray).
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
