About the Role:

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer skilled in SketchUp and 3ds Max to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for architectural and interior design projects. You will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver visualizations that accurately represent the design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp and 3ds Max based on architectural plans, sketches, and design concepts.
• Rendering: Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings using tools like V-Ray or Corona Renderer integrated with 3ds Max .
• Concept Visualization: Develop visuals to present design concepts effectively, including lighting, texturing, and materials.
• Collaboration: Work alongside designers and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver accurate visual representations.
• File Management: Organize and maintain project files, including models and textures, ensuring efficient workflow and file retrieval.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D visualization with expertise in SketchUp and 3ds Max .
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SketchUp for quick and efficient 3D modeling.
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max for detailed modeling and rendering.
• Experience with V-Ray or Corona Renderer for realistic visual outputs.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image editing.
• Creative Skills: Strong artistic sense with a good understanding of lighting, composition, and material application.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in creating and refining 3D models.
• Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas effectively and respond to feedback.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating animations or walkthroughs in 3ds Max .
• Familiarity with other visualization tools like Enscape or Lumion is a plus.
