Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visuals, including models, textures, and rendered images/animations, to communicate design concepts for projects in [industry, e.g., architecture, interior design, product design, etc.]. You will collaborate with designers, architects, and other stakeholders to visualize concepts and bring them to life.

Key Responsibilities :

• 3D Modeling : Create accurate 3D models based on 2D architectural plans, sketches, CAD drawings, and other design references.
• Texturing and Shading : Apply realistic or stylized textures and materials to 3D models to achieve the desired aesthetic.
• Lighting and Rendering : Set up lighting environments and render high-quality images/animations using industry-standard software (V-Ray, Corona, etc.).
• Collaboration : Work closely with architects, interior designers, product designers, or project managers to understand the vision and produce visuals that meet client expectations.
• Revisions : Implement feedback and make revisions to models and renders based on internal and client reviews.
• Animations : (Optional) Create animations, walkthroughs, or fly-throughs for project presentations when required.
• Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest software, trends, and techniques in 3D visualization to improve the quality and efficiency of outputs.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D .
• Experience with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Arnold .
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop or similar software for post-processing and image enhancements.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus, especially for architecture-related roles.
• Experience with animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is a bonus.
• Excellent artistic and design skills, including a strong sense of composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work within deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
