Job Description

• Collaborate with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects.
• Create detailed 3D visualizations such as floor plans, conceptual renderings, elevations, and 3D architecture.
• Produce photo-realistic 3D images or animations of proposed models, plans, designs, buildings, and developments.
• Present and explain visuals to colleagues and clients.
• Assist with planning decisions and produce high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations.
• Model 3D forms and render in software applications like 3D StudioMax, and post-production in Photoshop123.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3D StudioMax, Photoshop, VRay/Corona, and possibly Revit / Enscape / 3D Microstation.
• Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models, and concepts.
• Experience with 3D visualization Software (such as Enscape, SketchUp).
• Strong design and visualization skills, with a portfolio demonstrating these abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design is often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
