About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in designing interior spaces based on client needs and wants
2. Generate design solutions that balance form and function
3. Develop presentations, sketches, and diagrams to communicate design plans
4. Create interior renderings and floor plans using Proficient use of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator
5. Remain up to date with current industry trends and materials
6. Research local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations
7. Review drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance
8. Utilize project management skills to adhere to timelines and budgets
9. Execute tasks as assigned by Interior Designers and/or other staff members

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or related field
2. Knowledgeable in design aesthetic principles and up-to-date with trends
3. Ability to conceptualize and visualize ideas
4. Should be confident and possess excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency with Proficient use of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Illustrator (not mandatory)
6. Organizational and project management skills
7. Keen learner and team player.
8. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
