Job Summary

• Bachelor's Degree/PG Diploma in Interior Design
• Knowledge of the subject matter and curriculum
• Teaching subjects related to Interior Designing
• Good classroom management
• Conduct site visits for students on a regular basis
• Strong rapport with the students and staff
• Demonstrate creativity in teaching strategies
• Contribute to course design
• Train students in strategic thinking
• Foster innovations and new approaches
• Maintain punctuality with regard to starting the class & timetable.
• Assist the Principal in preparing Timetable.
• Update with University notifications and developments.
• Share with students all developments with regard to academics, university, professional matters & environment.
• Monitor attendance of the students and keep a track of it in consultation with Admin/Principal.
• Organize/ prepare study materials.
• Conduct periodical assessments and record the data for future follow-ups.
• Maintain track record of student's academic/behavioral issues and discuss improvements, if required, coordinate with parents.
• Conduct assignments and monitor student's strength & weakness and have interactive sessions with them.
• Coordinate with Admin / Principal to organize open houses & actively participate in it.
• Conduct classroom sessions, labs, online sessions, and provide one-to-one guidance and counseling to the learners.
• Provide timely feedback to learners on their assignments, internal test, and projects
• Ensure conduct of sessions as per quality norms and delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 -4years of experience in Teaching (Interior design).

Compensation : ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month (Higher Bracket would be including variables, depending on current CTC and skill sets owned. Package Negotiable for deserving candidates)
