Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Interior & Architectural Draughtsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and engineers to transform conceptual designs into detailed construction drawings. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in CAD software, and a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details that are accurate, clear, and concise.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and technical documentation.
• Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and ensure all changes are accurately documented.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in architectural and interior design drafting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior & Architectural Draughtsman or similar role in the industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drafting techniques, standards, and codes.
• Ability to interpret and work from rough sketches, drawings, and verbal instructions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
