We are seeking an experienced Interior Supervisor to oversee and manage the interior construction and finishing works at Narayan Seva Sansthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and timely completion of all interior works, coordinating with the design and construction teams. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage all interior construction activities, including walls, ceilings, flooring, and furniture installations.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Perform quality checks on materials and completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure safety standards and worksite cleanliness are maintained.
• Manage team members and provide guidance on interior work techniques and best practices.
• Monitor and resolve any issues related to the interior construction process.

Required Skills: • Proven experience as an Interior Supervisor or similar role in construction or interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior design, finishes, and materials.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and understand design plans and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications: • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 4-5 years of experience in interior supervision or construction (required).
