Job Description

We're looking for an Interior Architect who can independently handle projects from design concept to site completion.

Location: Trivandrum

Experience: 3-5 years

What we're looking for:

Someone who has worked on interior design projects, preferably commercial spaces like office interiors, cafes, restaurants, or co-working spaces. Strong design sensibility with the ability to develop layouts, 3Ds, mood boards, material palettes and construction drawings. Should be capable of making detailed material selections and suggesting appropriate products for procurement. Must be confident in site coordination, attending regular site visits, and ensuring execution aligns with the design and quality standards. Ability to coordinate with our internal teams and vendors on procurement and installation.
You'll be responsible for:

Taking the lead on assigned interior projects. Preparing layout drawings, visual presentations and construction drawings. Selecting finishes, furniture, lighting, and materials. Coordinating with MEP teams and execution teams. Conducting regular site visits and reviews. Ensuring the project is progressing as per design intent and timeline.
