Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of interior design principles, engineering standards, and material science, along with the ability to create and execute detailed designs for complex projects. This role requires excellent collaboration, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:

Use software to create detailed 2D and 3D designs for complex interior architecture projects.

Ensure designs are precise, innovative, and meet client requirements.

• Project Coordination:

Collaborate with team members to establish realistic timelines and budgets.

Provide solutions to design and execution challenges.

Assist in technical discussions and meetings with clients and contractors.

• Technical Support:

Perform on-site measurements and create shop drawings as needed.

Prepare costing, quantity surveying (QS), and quotations for projects.

• Design Oversight:

Oversee designs and drawings for group companies to ensure consistency and quality.

• Compliance and Standards:

Stay updated on industry and engineering standards to maintain compliance.

Ensure all designs meet the required safety, functional, and aesthetic criteria.

Requirements:

Education: Associate's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.

Strong understanding of mathematics, engineering principles, and materials.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to analyze situations, interpret data, and develop creative solutions.

Decision-making skills based on design and project needs.

Physical & Travel Requirements:

Comfortable using hands for computer operations and measurements.

Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with cost estimation and QS processes.

Experience in managing technical discussions and meetings.

Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
