:The Interface Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of interfaces between various disciplines, stakeholders, and contractors within the metro rail project. The role ensures seamless integration of civil, MEP, traffic, and utility diversion works while maintaining project timelines and compliance with technical and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Interface Coordination:

• Develop and implement interface management plans between various contractors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate between civil, architectural, structural, MEP, traffic, and utility diversion teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential clashes and resolve interface-related issues proactively.
• Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with government agencies, utility service providers, and other third parties to facilitate approvals and clearances.
• Maintain effective communication between design, construction, and operational teams to align project objectives.
• Technical and Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure all interface activities comply with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and approve technical submissions related to interface works.
• Project Execution and Risk Management:

• Monitor progress of interface-related works and mitigate potential delays.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare interface management reports and maintain records of all coordination activities.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on interface-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Work Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in interface coordination and management on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience in high-rise, or large commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, MEP coordination, and utility diversion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple interfaces and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
