Reporting to the Intercompany Team Lead, you will serve as a key conduit for all entities involved in intercompany transactions and intercompany loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial processes. This role will report to the Intercompany Lead.Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Management: Oversee and coordinate intercompany transactions, including invoicing, settlements, and reconciliations, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Balance Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliations of intercompany accounts to confirm accuracy and resolve discrepancies across global entities.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements related to intercompany transactions, ensuring they reflect accurate and real-time financial positions of the entities.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all intercompany transactions and support compliance audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for intercompany transaction inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in intercompany transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Additional certifications in accounting or finance are advantageous.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on managing intercompany transactions within a multinational corporation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems, particularly ERP systems used for complex financial transactions.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to manage and interpret large volumes of financial data and to perform detailed reconciliations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing relationships and resolving conflicts among various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
