Hiring: Customer Service Executive (International Banking Process)
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Shift: US Shift (Rotational)

Pick and Drop Provided

Job Details:

• Voice Process (Handling inbound calls related to international banking services)
• Shift Timings: US Shift (Rotational)
• Working Days: 5 Days (2 Rotational Offs)
• Pick and Drop Facility provided from your doorstep to office and vice versa!

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC Freshers: Must have completed HSC (12th Grade)
• Graduate Freshers: Any graduate is eligible
• Experienced: Relevant experience in international voice process or customer service preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills (English)
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (US shift)
