• We are looking for INTENSIVIST to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
• you will play a key role in the management of complex medical conditions, provide leadership in the ICU, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care
• Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Manage and oversee the treatment of patients requiring advanced life support, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic support
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with ICU nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and effective patient care
• Lead and actively participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds
• Education and Training: Provide education and mentorship to residents, fellows, and medical students in the ICU
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in critical care medicine and contribute to the ongoing education of the healthcare team
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and research projects within the critical care department
• Contribute to the implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies within the ICU and provide immediate medical intervention during code blue situations
• Collaborate with the rapid response team and other emergency response teams

Qualification: Medical-MS/MD

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per month
