It\xe2\x80\x99s an opportunity to be part of something special.About the roleThe Automation Architect within the Business Technology Transformation team, which is part of the D&T CTO organization, will work closely with both delivery & business teams and will be responsible for designing and implementing automation strategies across Haleon. This role will use a range of automation technologies to solve business problems across all value streams within Haleon and will be responsible in keeping track on industry trends, modern techniques and tools and bringing comparative analysis amongst various automation tools. The Automation Architect will be accountable for proposing the best tool/technology and design to be leveraged depending on business use cases in order to help to maximize value for money over the lifecycle of various automation products in the Haleon enterprise landscape. This tole will maintain and develop training roadmap, artifacts and reusable components & assets for wide spectrum of technologies.This role will own the overall solution architecture and automation framework and will be a part of our Business Technology Transformation team, reporting to the Head of Automation.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild automation architecture framework & propose improvement ideas for overall automation COE.Troubleshoot and assist project team(s) in resolving critical technical issues.Establish technical frameworks and reusable assets for adoption across engagements.Train project team(s) in adopting reusability and best architectural, design and coding practices.Coordinate and participate in structured code reviews and walkthrough.Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective, conduct POCs and provide solution.Keep abreast with platform roadmap and upcoming product features.Market Research & Competitive Analysis to evaluate Automation Platforms and provide recommendations.Automation Product Design & Roadmap PlanningPerform ROI analysis for Benefit realization and recommend the optimization approachExpected Experience10+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of working with automation solutions in these areas:Hands on experience in Robotic Process Automation on platforms like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate.Proficiency in augmenting automation solutions with other Digital technologies like GenAI, Chatbots and other AI/ML technologies to architect transformations.Experience with Databases, SQL and NoSQLHands-on experience in Automating Web interfaces, API, and desktop application interfaces.Understanding of ERP / enterprise platforms like SAP, Workday, Salesforce.Experience on working of Cloud based platform solutions and infrastructure.Hands on experience in Automation Anywhere Architecture and infrastructure.Product/software development tools: Aha, Jira is a plus.Proven track record in successful technical development/ configuration, solution design and product delivery, via Agile and waterfall delivery methods.Experience of troubleshooting various system issues by being able to correctly identify the root cause and providing the technical fix, solution, or workaround.Experience of ensuring Tech solutions are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements.Experience working with third parties in the delivery of working products.Experience of working with teams across diverse countries and cultures effectively, within a large global FMCG or FMCH organization.Good understanding of IT service management for a complex, global service.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to describe complex & abstract technical concepts to business stakeholders.\xe2\x80\x8bCare to join us.
