  • Support the implementation of the Integrity of Regulatory Reporting (IRR) strategy.
  • Lead in creating a consistent approach to operating control outcomes in Business As Usual aligned to the IRR operating model.
  • Assist workstreams/regions to embed control outcomes into BAU
  • Work collaboratively and effectively across Integrity of Regulatory Reporting (IRR)and other strategic programme workstreams to deliver outcomes.
  • Lead the development and delivery of stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure delivered benefits and impacts are in line with expectations
Requirements
  • Experience of working on Operating Model design & embedding
  • Experience in the delivery of change with excellent business analysis capabilities and a track record of
  • successfully designing and delivering complex change project with cross functional impact and dependencies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology
  • Excellent understanding of HSBC group structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of the external regulatory reporting environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple outputs at the same time
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven experience of communicating effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group in a complex global environment
