Opportunities!Position : Integration Engineer/Senior Integration Engineer/Lead Integration Engineer :Review RFPs/Proposals to understand customer business requirements, identify all required sources to meet these business requirements
Conduct requirment analysis workshops with customers IT and business teams, collect all required specifications and sample date
Prepare Solution Design Documents, review with customers and get acceptance from the customer
Build the effective, efficient and user frienldy solution on RAID platform
Install/deploy the solution on multi server environment to achieve high performance throughput
Coduct system tests, integration test and UAT with the customer
Review the KPIs and fine-tune to exceed customer SLAs
Timely escalation of issues that are blocking/long pending to technical delivery manager.
Provide product and other technical feedback to Field Support and TDM for improvements.
Work towards completing the project as per the schedule & quality standards.
Build the implementation guide as per the templates.
Participate in the system audit and make the necessary corrections.
Participate in the post-implementation audit and make the necessary corrections
Work with Field Support to do the transition of the completed projects to the customer support.
Readiness to travel on short notice. Traveling time will be approximately 50%Desired Profile:

Client oriented and service-minded.
Overal 2+ years of experience in Telecom Softwtare Implementation/Deployment.
Knowledge & experience of deployment methodologies.
Effective written and verbal communications skills
Customer interface skills.Technical Skills:

Scripting (e.g. sh, ksh, perl)
RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc)EXP: 2- 6 yrs
