Key to this is our continued alignment of technology and business vision where the integration between technology, systems and processes is criticalMuch progress has been made in delivering requirements driven architecture across the technology landscape and an opportunity has now opened in the central architecture team for an Integration Architect who can own and drive strategy and technical design in this field.

• Technology Strategy & Enablement: in the role of trusted advisor, strong domain knowledge in the Integration space including one or more of the following: business process, industry best practices, in market solutions. This role also involves working with the Enterprise Architecture team to establish the Enterprise-wide Integration Architecture taking into consideration strategic business requirements. The successful candidate must have strong experience developing and documenting technical strategy, standards, blueprints and design documentation.
• Solution Design: Proven ability to translate customer requirements, competitive activities, and industry trends into value drivers of modern technology solutions and product requirements that can be easily understood by product teams, developers, and other key constituencies within the organization. Understand the constraints and opportunities that arise in a global, cloud-first business and build flexible blueprints and solutions that deliver to both global deployments and regional requirements.
• Governance: Setting out clear standards for the Integration Architecture and ensuring products are delivering against agreed standards & Integration Patterns. Establish business value and manage business risk within the scope of their product. Responsible for representing the product in governance boards such as Architecture governance, stakeholder steering and senior management meetings.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: the role will work in collaboration with the broader architecture teams, the business and wider technology community such as engineering, applications, data and R&D to drive and deliver business value. Managing broader vendor relationship ecosystem including strategic tech partners such as SAP, Salesforce etc. to ensure there is visibility to our work and ensure we are collaborating and influencing vendor product teams to deliver longer term solutions that will cater to our challenges and needs. Adaptable communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders to assess requirements and clearly convey strategy, progress and design to a range of audiences.
• Adoption strategy & change management: in the role of change agent, support both the product teams and the business in agile approaches to solution development and adoption, building excitement, momentum, visible success stories and clear value-based versions of vision as roadmap plans come to life.

The role will be a blend of domain and solution architecture turning strategy into architecture designs. The successful candidate will spend time engaged in thought leadership, the wider architecture community and governance, owning the integration roadmap, engaging the business, product and platform teams to realise the strategy.Integration is a key area of activity and significance for Haleon due to the ongoing strategic transformation of the business. They also need to be able to answer queries from all levels of the business, particularly those in senior roles and have an excellent understanding of their product to do so.Qualifications and Relevant Work Experience

• Overall, 15+ years of experience on various Integration technologies out of which minimum 8+ years of experience in the Integration the Domain / Solution architecture using SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, BTP Integration Suite, API Management platforms like Apigee, Kong, Azure API Management etc. & Microservices.
• Experience of transforming businesses and business processes into the designs & architectures using the SAP & Azure integration Services.
• Experience of putting together the Enterprise Integration Architecture Strategy Blueprint & the API Strategy roadmap.
• Expert level experience required in designing and delivering API Management Platforms such as Apigee Edge, Azure APIM, MuleSoft etc. Experience on RESTful & SOAP based Web Services is required.
• Experience in technology architecture of APIs, Integration Patterns and development of such solutions in a world-class innovative company.
• Experience of the API Design Best practices, API Governance Standards, API Maturity Models is necessary.
• Have knowledge and experience of architecting solutions for global markets including China.
• Have experience of working in agile environment architecting and designing solutions in DEVOPS / Agile ways of delivery
• Ability to work in close partnership with other IT functions such as IT security, compliance, infrastructure, etc. as well as partner closely with business stakeholders in the commercial and digital organizations.
• Facilitate the design of efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis, with an understanding of both business and technical requirements.
• Excellent written and effective communication skills and ability to communicate inherently complicated technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or equivalent experience, with weighting on experience and proven record of accomplishment preferred.
• Ideal candidate would have built an impressive hands-on career to date in an advanced, recognised, and innovative environment preferably in the Healthcare and/or CPG industry.
