You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

Your Role

This position is responsible for the implementation and oversight of a quality management system in line with industry standards (GxP) to meet both internal and external customer specific requirements.

Your Responsibilities

You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key tasks:
  • Develop and implement quality processes, standards, and procedures to ensure adherence across departments and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Obtain necessary licenses, regulatory approvals, and certificates while authorizing and overseeing quality-related activities.
  • Align quality strategies and metrics with customer and business objectives.
  • Lead quality reviews and audits, including internal, external, and customer audits.
  • Establish and manage a quality team, ensuring training programs and documentation comply with industry standards.
  • Handle non-conformities, complaints, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP (Good Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices) guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Act as a liaison for quality-related matters with customers and suppliers, and lead security and risk management initiatives.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Higher education in logistics, transport technology, or engineering.
  • Certification as a quality manager officer and auditor (e.g., TUV, Bureau Veritas, Dekra).
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, GDP standards (EU Guidelines, WHO Technical Series), and safety regulations.
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in quality and/or regulatory roles in pharmaceutical and/or distribution sectors.
  • Proficiency in GxP compliance and quality management system implementation.
  • Preferably, experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of customer quality standards and the ability to align operations accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure.
