We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to promote our insurance products and services, providing information, answering queries, and assisting clients in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell insurance products.
• Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all insurance products offered by the company.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
• Documentation: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest in the products or services.
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings and services.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
