The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products and services, and generating leads to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate insurance plans.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information about insurance policies and their benefits.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and ensure successful conversions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (training will be provided).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM tools.
- Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
