Have to travel in across Tamilnadu.
Candidate should be willing to do Field sales / B2B SALES
Job responsibilities:
Have to meet Jewellery Shop Owners and sell them Insurance products
v Good Communication Skills.
v Should have marketing experience and convincing ability.
v Build long-lasting client relationships
v Attend meetings, sales events and training.
v Report and provide feedback to management.
v Educate customers on how products or services can be benefiting them financially and
professionally.
v Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.
v Research and source potential clients and build a long-term relationship with them.
v Advice clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
v Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain the benefits and risks of the
policy.
v Fill out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare
reports.
v Impeccable Interpersonal skills and friendly attitude.
SKILLS
v Good command on English, Hindi and regional language. communication and presentation skills.
v Must be a Graduate.
v Develop new sales strategies.
v Strong commercial awareness.
v A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
v Strategy prospecting.
v Relationship Building and Active listening.
