Cluster Sales Manager Gurgaon @Work from Office Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Banca Life Insurance sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple bank branches effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-5 sales professionals.
• Drive business growth by managing relationships across 10-15 Bank branches.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the team to enhance productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in Banca Life Insurance.
• Prior experience in team management is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of banca sales processes and strategies.
• MBA qualification with good communication skills.
