Roles and responsibilities
• Lead generation and conversion.
• Explaining products' details to clients and branches as required.
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
• Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Introducing new insurance products and services to meet market demands.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitors to stay innovative and competitive.
• Streamlining operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordination with branches, clients and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Overseeing efficient and fair claims processing.
• Implementing measures to prevent fraudulent claims.
• Ensuring transparency and accountability in all business operations.
• Generating and analyzing reports to assess business performance
Qualification
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Hindi, local state language.
• In Depth Knowledge in Health, life and motor insurance.
Locations: Kochi, Kerala
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
