Purpose of this role - As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of insurance products. Your key responsibilities will be to establish efficient marketing strategies, generate quality leads, and close sales to meet corporate goals. The Sales and Marketing Executive will engage with clients, provide insurance advice, process applications, and handle policy renewals.

Roles and Responsibilities - The roles and responsibilities of Sales and Marketing Executive will be to,

• Responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, policy details, claims, and related issues.
• Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
• Coordinate and support in achieving the sales targets for insurance policies and products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
• offer various insurance plans and assess the needs of customers to provide suitable coverage.
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.
• Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavours.
• Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales and terms and keep relative records.

Secondary Responsibilities include,

• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
• Actively contribute to our marketing efforts and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements and Skillset

• Proven experience of at least 1-2 years as an Insurance Sales Representative
• Bachelor's degree
• Good comprehension of Insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, etc.
• Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in the Banking and insurance industry is a plus.
• Able to fluently communicate in both Tamil & English.
