Dear Candidate,We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring, building, and maintaining strategic relationships with both existing and new clients. They will prepare detailed comparative statements, provide comprehensive information on terms and conditions, coverage, exclusions, add-ons, etc. The Sales Executive will also identify the total potential of clients, cross-sell/up-sell insurance products, ensure timely renewals.Responsibilities:
Acquire, build, and maintain strategic relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare comparative statements with detailed terms and conditions, coverage, exclusions, add-ons, etc.
Identify the total potential of clients and maintain complete MIS (Management Information System) in a timely manner.
Cross-sell, up-sell, and ensure timely renewal of client insurance requirements.
Perform renewal activities such as arranging camps, audits, inspections, etc.
Provide suggestions to clients to control high claim ratios in collaboration with the underwriting team.
Conduct customer negotiations to reach fair conclusions from both business and client perspectives.
Arrange face-to-face meetings, web-meetings, and other interactions with clients.
Develop product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Collaborate with team members, practice leads, and company employees to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Handle all issues, matters, and cases for big corporates/SME businesses and other individual policies.
Analyze client feedback and develop new techniques to enhance account retention.
Explain new products and benefits to customers, providing internal feedback for client retention improvement.
Prepare monthly Win/Loss MIS (Management Information System) and fill lost case forms.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
Build positive working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Proven track record of acquiring and maintaining client relationships.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, terms, and conditions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze client feedback and develop strategies for improvement.
Proficient in using MS Office applications.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred)
