Job Summary: The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for selling health insurance policies to patients and clients, ensuring they have the coverage they need for their eye care services. This role involves educating potential clients on insurance options, assisting with policy selection, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing:
• Identify and target potential clients in need of eye care insurance.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for insurance sales.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Client Consultation:
• Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Explain insurance policy features, advantages, and benefits.
• Provide detailed information on the costs of policies, payment plans, and claim procedures.
• Policy Management:
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and other necessary paperwork.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of policies sold, client interactions, and transactions.
• Customer Service:
• Offer exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with their insurance coverage.
• Assist clients with claims processing and resolving any issues related to their policies.
• Collaboration and Compliance:
• Work closely with the hospital's administrative and billing teams to streamline insurance processes.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance providers.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
