Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Education: Graduates only

Salary: ?28,500 CTC per month

Preferred Background: Candidates with an insurance background and sales acumen are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Calls: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls effectively and efficiently.
• Product Selling: Sell various insurance products, including health and life insurance.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation and paperwork.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?28,500.00 per month
