• 6+ years of experience in the insurance broking industry
• Exposure in EB or Non xe2x80x93 EB sectors.
• Expertise in Sales, Business Development and client acquisition.

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits and non xe2x80x93 employee benefits programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customized benefit solutions.
• Stay up to date on regulatory changes and industry trends to inform benefit strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of benefits professionals to ensure high service standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders to optimize offerings.
• Analyze cost and utilization trends to recommend enhancements and cost-saving measures.

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience insurance.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to develop cost-effective benefit strategies.
