Job Description

Masters Degree with Minimum 6 Years of Experience or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent with Minimum 8 Years of experience required. o Experience in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on a variety of technologies and platforms preferably in Property and Casualty and or Life Insurance o At least 4-8 Years' experience in one or more of the following skills in P&C / Life Insurance domain - o Scrum/Agile experience in a PO role or similar on an Agile Team environment. o Excellent understanding of how to operate in an Agile Team setting. o Strong collaboration skills o Experience in Agile Poker, WSJF and similar Agile estimating tools. o Successful track record of backlog refinement for a complex system implementation. o Successful track record of quickly learning new complex systems. o Practical knowledge of how to correctly assign story points. o Demonstrated experience in User Story refinement. o Proven record of minimal churning/re-work after Story is accepted by the PO. o Familiarity with Good Documentation practices o Must be able to translate business requirements into well-formed technical and system requirements o Experience with modeling business processes, data flows, and workflow processes depicting relationships between Insurance data entities. o Strong business consulting skills associated with complex IT system implementation spanning over 12-18 months. o Strong oral & written communication skills, Business stakeholder management o Must have performed business requirement analysis, use case modeling from a business analysis/consulting standpoint. o Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
