Job Description
:
• An Insurance Manager oversees a team, handles queries about renewing and creating new motor and non-motor insurance policies, manages claims, and works with insurance companies.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage motor and non-motor insurance policies.
• Identify and manage risks.
• Oversee and resolve insurance claims.
• Negotiate with and manage relationships with insurance providers.
• Lead and support the insurance team.
• Manage the insurance budget and find cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist employees and clients with insurance questions.
• Develop long-term insurance strategies.
