Building Agency: Identify & Recruit Potential advisor\'s/Sales Associates (Ex: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members Etc).
Driving Sales: Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisor\'s.
Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the SA team.
Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the team of advisor\'s/Sales Associates.
Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisor\'s in the team, providing feedback on advisor\'s/Sales Associates performance.
Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office).
Requirements:
Exp: 1+ years experience in any Banking, Insurance, Financial Products.
