Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a specific focus on the insurance sector. The role involves contacting potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing suitable solutions while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
- Contact potential and existing customers to discuss their insurance needs.
- Present, promote, and sell insurance products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals within the stipulated time frame.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving complaints.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the insurance products offered.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market activities to remain competitive.
4. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other pertinent data in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
5. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry or a BPO environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in insurance sales (e.g., CPCU, CIC, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with various insurance products (life, health, property, etc.).
Working Conditions:
- The role may require working in shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.
- This position may involve significant phone and/or computer work.
