Job Description

1. Client Management

• Client Acquisition : Identifying and acquiring new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Client Retention : Maintaining relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Policy Explanation : Explaining different insurance policies, coverage details, and benefits to clients to help them make informed decisions.

2. Sales and Marketing

• Sales Targets : Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives set by the organization.
• Marketing Campaigns : Participating in and organizing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract potential clients.
• Product Promotion : Promoting various insurance products, such as life, health, auto, and property insurance.

3. Policy Management

• Policy Issuance : Overseeing the issuance of insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Policy Renewals : Managing the renewal process of existing policies, including sending reminders to clients and updating policy details.
• Claims Processing : Assisting clients in the claims process, including documentation, submission, and follow-up to ensure timely settlement.

4. Risk Assessment and Underwriting

• Risk Evaluation : Assessing the risk associated with potential clients and determining appropriate coverage and premiums.
• Underwriting : Collaborating with underwriters to finalize insurance terms and conditions.

5. Compliance and Documentation

• Regulatory Compliance : Ensuring all activities comply with relevant insurance laws and regulations.
• Documentation : Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions.

6. Customer Service

• Support and Guidance : Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients regarding their insurance policies and any issues that arise.
• Feedback Handling : Addressing client complaints and feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction.

7. Team Collaboration

• Coordination : Working closely with other team members, including sales agents, underwriters, and customer service representatives, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and policy administration.
• Training : Providing training and support to junior staff and new hires.

8. Financial Management

• Premium Collection : Overseeing the collection of insurance premiums from clients.
• Financial Reporting : Preparing reports on sales, renewals, and financial performance for management review.

9. Strategic Planning

• Market Analysis : Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
• Business Development : Identifying opportunities for business growth and developing plans to expand the client base.

10. Technology Utilization

• Software Use : Utilizing insurance software and CRM systems to manage client information, policy details, and sales activities.
• Data Analysis : Analyzing data to identify trends and improve decision-making processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
